Founder & Owner
Meet the Owner: Frankie Cullinan
Founder and owner Frankie Cullinan has always had a strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a penchant for doing things the right way.
Those qualities, coupled with a childhood interest in—and collection of—sprinklers, planted the seed for an idea that’s been growing since 2007. That’s when Frankie turned his passion for irrigation into a business, building a reputation of providing quality service, innovative ideas, and practical solutions for residential and commercial customers.
As the company grows and irrigation needs evolve, Cullinan Irrigation continues to focus on water efficiency and sustainability practices. With routine maintenance and technological advances to irrigation systems, the company helps customers conserve water and save money while maintaining lush, healthy lawns. Frankie and his team also partner with local property managers and industry professionals on sustainability initiatives and conservation education through a Community Association Institute sponsorship.
Outside of work, Frankie spends his summers making memories with family and friends at the cabin and his winters traveling to warmer climates.
